The bonding performance of oil-mixed insulating glass sealing adhesive:
Using mineral oil as plasticizer will adversely affect the bonding performance of insulating glass sealing adhesive. This effect is not obvious under the conditions of low dosage and room temperature, but under the conditions of heat aging and water-uv aging, the bonding property of the insulating glass sealant mixed with oil will be greatly reduced.
Heat aging performance of oil-mixed insulating glass sealant:
Because of the low boiling point and high volatility of mineral oil, the oil-mixed insulating glass sealant has a large thermogravimetric value under the standard high temperature of 90℃, which exceeds the upper limit of 10% stipulated in the standard. The effect of mineral oil on the heat resistance of insulating glass sealant can be further studied by thermogravimetric analysis.
The durability of oil-mixed insulating glass sealant:
Due to the significant heat loss of the oil-mixed insulating glass sealant, the surface cracking phenomenon of the oil-mixed insulating glass sealant appears after the accelerated aging experiment, which indicates that the durability of the sealant will be greatly reduced, and the service life of the insulating glass will be seriously affected.
